Before bedtime avoid watching intense TV shows, or general stressful and stimulating activities. Instead, consider dimming the lights to stimulate the release of melatonin, or spend 10 minutes of deep breathing and meditation. Plan your evenings and mornings so you can go to bed and wake up around the same times to keep your natural body clock ticking perfectly.
- SPEND TIME ON YOU
